At lunch today, one of my colleagues mentioned something about DSL, meaning Digital Subscriber Line, the data transmission technology that is now the popular means of consumer Internet access.
And it occurred to me for the first time ever that DSL is the same thing as LSD, only backwards.
No wonder the Internet is such a trip sometimes. (Ba-dump bump)

The Lizard Zombie
This week I saw posters up around Hamburg saying that James Morrison would soon be appearing in a concert. This brought up a few questions for me:
- Didn't he usually go by "Jim" rather than "James"?
- Hasn't he been dead for over thirty years?
- He played in a band with three other guys, who have gotten pretty old by now, but have the distinct advantage of being alive. Where are they? Is this some kind of zombie solo comeback tour? A revival, in the truest sense of the word?
